The service offered by GownClean wedding dress cleaners is superb. The care shown in cleaning by sisters wedding dress has been great. We live in London and sending her dress away was very stressful (my sister unfortunately has recently passed away). Paul kept in contact with us throughout the process and even offered to repair the slight damage, by hand, which was expertly done. The dress arrived back in London safely and beautifully presented. Just a quick thank you for the excellent service provided by GownClean. The courier picked up and returned as per the email/texts, the dress was beautifully packaged and cleaned (it was cleaned twice at no extra cost to myself).
